Delete in the app
- Sign in to the MedScan AI account you want to delete.
- Tap your account avatar at the top-left, then choose Settings.
- Choose Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm permanent deletion.
What is deleted
Your sign-in account, profile, saved medicine scans, chat threads and messages, medicine reminders, push notification tokens, AI usage counts, reviewer grants, AI-access records, content reports and medical disclaimer acceptance are permanently removed from the live app database. You will be signed out. This cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email tkservices96@gmail.com with the subject “MedScan AI account deletion” from the email associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership to protect your data. Never send your password. We will confirm the request and outcome by email.
Retention limits
Account-linked application records are removed after successful deletion. Pseudonymous hashed email/IP authentication protection counters are stored separately and are not automatically erased by account deletion. Their enforcement windows expire, but no automatic row-erasure schedule is configured. Service providers may retain operational backups or logs under their own policies; account deletion cannot recall photos or text already processed by an AI service. A provider-specific backup or deletion deadline has not been established by this app. Contact the email above for questions. See our Privacy Policy for processing details.
